The cabin sits high on the sunny side of the mountain in Cascade with really nice mountain views. It is easily accessible from Highway 24 without the sight and noise of the highway. It is centrally located to many of the attractions in the area, including North Pole/Santa's Workshop, Pikes Peak, Woodland Park, Cripple Creek and Victor, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs.5 person maximum occupancy.The rent is $150.00 per night for a 3 night minimum. If you rent it for 7 nights or more the rent is $125 per night and for 28 nights or more the rent is $100.00 per night! This is the eleventh year we have been charging the same prices. We have to charge state imposed taxes and a $300.00 damage/cleaning fee. *Sorry, rates are firm, water is very expensive in Cascade.* We will consider ONE well behaved, potty trained dog, 20 lbs. or larger, upon approval only! They must be kenneled/crated when left alone in the cabin, cannot be left alone
