It is a short distance to the beach (only 1 mile to the beach). The backyard backs up to the Bethany Canal. It feels more like a home than a summer rental. From June 1st to September 5th , weekly rentals only - Saturday - Saturday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, etc. It is shabby-chic with granite countertops, and open shelving, and connects to the family room. The living areas are very comfy with a pottery barn feel and cozy leather furniture with hardwood floors throughout. Dining area off kitchen with extra dishes for a large family. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, full private bath, T.V, and DVD player. The other 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and share an additional full bath.
