Despite the fact that this neighborhood is booming, my street is extremely quiet unless bird tweets bother you. The recording studios have been moving nearby from Music Row, and you never know who you might be drinking a beer next to. This area boasts everything from dive bars to gourmet restaurants, many of which are just down on the corner. One Hundred Oaks Mall and theaters are a mile away. We pride ourselves in the number of our ethnic eateries and food trucks as well. My favorite hangout is our fabulous zoo two miles away. R
