Sit on the beach and enjoy your favorite summer beverage as you watch the boats come and go out of the nearby channel to Marble Lake, or grab your fishing pole and catch a monster Bass right off the private lake shore that you’ll have all to yourself. The Yellow Cottage sits on 100ft of lake front shoreline and has a 40ft private dock that you can park your boat at, or rent our pontoon and it will be sitting at the dock when you arrive. The dock extends out into deep water so "Go Jump In The Lake"!! The kids will love the "seaweed free" swimming and the beach. We also have two 10ft Kayaks for you to enjoy. If you don't have a boat of your own or need more seating capacity, ask about the 21ft (12 passenger) pontoon, and if it's available when you send your booking enquiry.
