PLEASE NOTE: as you enter the property the home is the single story home on the left. Master has one King bed, full bath with large tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third room has a king and queen bunk bed. All linens are Sunday Citizen and My Pillow. Kitchen is fully stoked as well as a good size family and dining room with direct Tv and Wi-Fi. You have access to your own beach and use of a launch ramp and dock shared with owner. We recommend launching your boat at the house but if you have a large boat, it may be difficult to take it out, so we usually take ours out at Jack Smith which is about a 5-minute drive from the house. It has blinds all around to keep coolness during summer and a heater for winter.Tee Off: This house is close to many golf courses such as Rivers Edge Golf Course (1.5 miles), El Rio Golf Club (7.3 miles), and Deser
