Our cabin is located 15-20min (10 miles) from Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. One bedroom includes a full/twin bunk bed. The other bedroom includes a queen bed. The loft also has a queen bed. We have a pack n' play available as well.There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, washer, and dryer. The deck overlooks 8 wooded acres with plenty of outdoor seating and a grill.The wood stove in the living room is NOT usable. Winter months require 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles to access the steep driveway. There is 50mps wireless internet available.
