This loft also offers beautiful views of the oldest State Capitol in IL and is within walking distance to over 7 restaurants, bars, and various local shops. We are located just two miles off of I-70, a little over a hour away from St. Louis, MO and 30 minutes from Effingham, IL. This loft is located on the third floor so you will need to climb two flight of stairs to enter and exit this space.
