Modern retreat in peaceful neighborhood near beaches and downtown Our house is a about 1,200sf, 3 bedroom & 2 Bathroom cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are centrally located. The beaches on Sullivans Island & Isle of palms & the restaurants on Shem Creek are about 5 min and Downtown 10 min by car. For the Cooper River Bridge run we are about 1 mile from the start line. We also often have families stay with us for baseball tournaments in Shipyard Park.Our house has an open floorplan for the with a new renovated kitchen that opens into the dining & living room. The living space is a friendly, bright, & modern space with a vaulted ceiling & skylights. We recently renovated both of our bathrooms with new tile & walk-in showers.
