No long walks on hot summer days like the south end. This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 maximum! It is beautifully maintained and perfect for a beach vacation. It is directly across the street from a wide beach - you can let the older kids go by themselves. A lovely pool is right outside the door - perfect for those hot days when you just feel like lounging. You have a clear view of the pool from the upstairs balcony - great to keep an eye on the kids enjoying the pool. It has two floors. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs, while the living room and kitchen are downstairs. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit for your use. During the summer, the rentals are a one week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. If the condo is still available two weeks prior, I will consider shorter rentals. Brigantine is a great beach
