Located in Quinlan, Texas, United States. Lake Vacation Getaway Waterfront relaxing getaway close to the city. Hot tub and two fishing Pier on Lake Tawakoni. World class fishing located only 30 minutes from Rockwall. 300 feet of waterfront access. Sleeps 4, 1 king size bed and 1 full size bed. The space is best described as studio style (or hotel setup). There is a kitchenette space that does offer room to cook, small refrigerator/freezer, kuerig coffee maker, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, grill, toaster, griddle, air fryer and all dishes and utensils(no oven). There are mixing bowls, serving platters, pots and pans, kitchen knifes and cutting board. We also provide salt and pepper, powder french vanilla creamer, sugar and coffee. There is a set of outdoor stairs to go up to the studio. The balcony at the top of the stairs offers a table and 4 chairs to enjoy outdoor seating.
