You can enjoy views all the way to the ocean (on a clear day) throughout the house or on the relaxing back porch. The remodeled portion of the house includes is a spacious master bedroom and bathroom and the 4th bedroom/office. The master bedroom and bathroom have views from every window, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and large TV's. The master bedroom has a porch that looks out to the view. The bathroom includes a large soaking tub and shower with views of the valley and downtown Los Angeles's skylines. The 4th bedroom is large, with a sitting area (couch and 2 chairs), a TV, desk and enough open floor space for a blow-up air mattress.
