Master BR is a loft with a queen bed, a couch that converts to a single bed and a full sized bed in the giant walk in closet BR2 has 2 full beds and BR3 has a queen bed. Our lot sits on the inter-coastal with a double sided deep water boat dock. Great room floor plan showcases corner wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with gas cook-top and vaulted ceilings! There is a screened in balcony with peek a boo views out to the inter-coastal and a lovely 3rd floor balcony off the loft bedroom--perfect
