Spur, (all 3 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cottage has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. Located ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.We have just shy of 1 acre on this property, with borough land to one side in the wooded area that you are free to walk through to get further down the bluffs if you’d like. We live here with our daughter, 3 dogs, and chickens. There are 3 rental units on the property.
