Brand new construction and the Owner has thought of everything to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Your time primarily will be spent outdoors floating away in the pool, sunning on the deck, preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen or casting a line in the backyard canal. The Rotonda community is surrounded by 4 golf courses and just a short drive to the gorgeous beaches of Manasota Key.Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience. $50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home.
