Condo 301 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, 1 king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Condo 301 has gorgeous ocean views from its bedroom balcony and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. The livingroom in this condo is the largest onsite and boasts custom Bahama shutters with floor to ceiling windows.Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner.
