There are two queen beds and murphy pull out as well as the couch pulls out to a bed. This unit can sleep 5-7 max but we only allow a max of 6 guests. These units are generally booked by groups and have had a lot of turnover. The furniture is less than 5 years old but starting to show its age. These units are very popular for the full size kitchen and floorplan. Our most common complaints are noise from neighbors, signs of prior pets, light deffered maintenance, neighborhood off the freeway, occasional pests like ants during the summer months and the locks needing battery cha
