It was designed and built by a famous singer .We recently purchased the property from him . It’s located by the zoo in Minocqua . Close to town , close to winter park and snowmobile trail . This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home on a small lake . The lake does not allow motors .The house is private . It has lots of woods around it . secluded even though it’s in town . There’s a park and lot of bike trails close . It’s truly a unique property . Lots of golf courses in the area.. plus Lakeland Fitness has a golf simulator . We have paddle boards , inner tubes and a row boat for you to use . The property has its own pier with a bench . The lake is very clear and great for swimming and fishing . Very peaceful place and lots of wildlife in the area . The property sits on 6 acres . This lake is a non motorized lake .. no boats with motors . We provide a row boat and kayaks . There is no ramp to this lake .
