There is a separate bunk house for sleeping. Enjoy the lakeside deck and fire pit. Located 1/2 between the quaint town of Alden & the hip town of Bellaire. Enjoy all the great restaurants, breweries, wineries, golf courses and the local shops. There is a window air conditioning unit in the main bedroom in the house, the living room in the house and one in the bunk house. Cottage & Bunk house do not have heat. Parking is limited.Sorry, this cottage is NO PETS, NO SMOKING.We require renters to be 25 years of age or older.
