This quaint two bedroom one bath duplex style home is located on the beautiful Torch River Bayou. It is across the street from the Torch Lake Sandbar. With the pullout couch this apartment sleeps six people. If you are a larger group we recommend renting out both units. Two cars are allowed per unit. Trailer parking is available offsite. This is a weekly rental from mid June-August that rents from Friday to Friday. Outside of these months shorter rentals are allowed. Due to the way 4th of July falls for 2025, June 26th - July 3rd will be a 6 day rental and July 3rd-11th will be an 8 day rental.We recommend taking your boat to enjoy the gorgeous Torch water. We do have a rental pontoon and tritoon on the property so feel free to inquire about rates and dates for that also!Please note that this unit includes the outdoor dock slip.
