The back porch provides shelter from rain with an adjacent sundeck and bench. The back oceanview porch/deck spans the entire length of the cottage. Gorgeous sunrises, peaceful view. Dolphins commonly swim by. Great location with many restaurants nearby or enjoy a nice dinner at Shugafoot with a stocked kitchen. A gas grill is located in the driveway. All bedrooms have oceanviews. Master has a King with a new mattress and box spring with a single stack washer and dryer in the closet, the 2nd bedroom is a Queen with a new mattress and 3rd bedroom has twin beds. The storage room below has a small collection of beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella.Parking for 2-3 cars in driveway.
