The lower deck has lounging space, BBQ, hot tub, outdoor shower and gated steps to the ocean. The house has a cozy and relaxing beach cottage vibe.You'll want to spend your days outdoor on the 50' wide double deck patio! Whether enjoying your morning coffee at sunrise or pouring a glass of wine at sunset, this is the most stunning area of the house and you won't want to leave!The lower deck has a large sectional with fire pit, there are 3 chaise lounges, a BBQ and hot tub. You'll likely see dolphins, sea lions, and pelicans during your stay.Our house is located on a wet/dry beach. What that means is during low tides, there is usually beach to walk, run and play on. However, sand levels directly in front of our house can vary significantly, depending on Mother Nature. S
