Roans Creek runs directly below the house providing the constant, melodic sound of running water as it cascades down a 12 to 15 foot waterfall. House has been completely renovated. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Dining room table seats six and another table in adjoining game area seats four. Living Room with propane fireplace, roku tv, dvd player and comfortable seating for the entire family. Three bedrooms sleeps seven ( two queen beds, three twin beds). One bedroom has roku tv. Linens, picnic table and gas grill are provided. Wonderful covered front porch overlooking Roans Creek. Garage parking for two vehicles available. Also provided WiFi, games, books, puzzles, movies and pack-n-play. Propane heaters and fireplace comfortably heat the house.
