Private Bedroom and Bathroom

Located in Cayucos, California, United States. Private Bedroom and Bathroom This room inside my home is a perfect quick stopover place for traveling along hwy 1. I had such a good experience renting out a studio on the property with Airbnb that I added this room as well. It’s approx 12 x 12 with a super comfy queen bed and chair that pulls out into a single bed (kid-sized), dresser and smart tv. You’ll have your own entrance with a keypad so you can come and go as you please without disrupting anything. I recently added a “coffee nook” in the hallway with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The room is a work in progress. Carpet is not great, but I have pretty rugs and recently painted an accent wall. :) Perfect tiny yard for dogs. No frills but cheap place to crash for the night. The closet has a few of my own belongings, but there is a small dresser if you need it. The path to the door is a little rocky, but I have done some work to make it more accessible.
