Woody's Beach House is a cottage with lots of charm, a large backyard, linens, and a special "nook" off of the laundry room with twin bunk beds. Bathoom is a "Jack and Jill" between the two bedrooms and has a bathtub and handheld shower head - no stall door or curtain. Separate bath in the rear of the home does have a separate shower stall. Small pet negotiable with non-refundable $100 fee. HOUSE RULES- No Smoking- No parties or events- Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood.  Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.This home is a licensed and professionally managed vacation rental.
