We have just updated our home April of 2022, includes new flooring, kitchen countertops, baseboard, paint, and master bathroom; including two new bathroom vanities and much more. New gas oven and dishwasher. The four bedrooms sleep 10-12. We have a huge gathering room where the kitchen and TV room are located. This room usually becomes the place where everybody gathers while eating, watching TV, and just hanging out enjoying conversation. Also we have an upstairs balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Full laundry room. In the back yard, we have a full jacuzzi and a briquette barbecue for grilling.Cayucos is one of the last great American beach towns.
