About this spaceBeautiful contemporary home on a hill with amazing ocean views from Montana de Oro State Park to Cayucos! Nice patios extended for the full length of the home. Seating area throughout the patio area to take in the sun while enjoying the majestic Pacific Ocean and sunsets.....we are up the hill from a few great restaurants and grocery store. The beach and town are a short drive down the hill, where you will find shopping, amazing restaurants and coffee shops, live entertainment, bars and a park!The spaceThe home is a large three bedroom, three bathroom contemporary home with two kitchens. My son (Cal Poly student) and I stay upstairs. We are always out and most of the time do not stay in the home. We have access to our private area through the sides of the home. We do not see the guests or share any areas. We have our private accomodations on the third floor. The home is quiet and wouldn’t be a good fit for parties or frat gatherings.
