The beautiful Bella Vida beach home was home to HGTV star, Ty Pennington, during the filming of the 2022 Season of Battle On The Beach filmed in Surfside, Tx! The home is a short 2 minute walk from the Pedestrian Beach. This newer built (2021) home is in the family friendly pedestrian only beach area. The owners have converted this beach HOUSE into a cozy beach HOME. Outside you can relax on either of the 2 balconies that both offer a scenic view of the beach. Bella Vida also has a ground level patio complete with a sitting area, swing, propane grill, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. A wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided.With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this well equipped retreat offers all the conveniences of home. The home is also equipped with Hi-Speed internet and all TV's are Smart. The home has a variety of board games, dominoes and cards for the days you want to stay inside.
