It is known to be quiet, cozy, safe, and very family-friendly. We have 2 canyons that are full of parks within a 10-15 min drive. These canyons are loaded with hiking, biking, and walking trails, fishing or tubing along the river or lakes, campfire pits, and waterfalls! Including the famous Sundance Mountain Resort.This basement is very spacious, with all the amenities you need! There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Brand new mattresses, furniture, and appliances! Full bathroom with 2 sinks. This house was built in 1957, we gutted the entire home though it was in such mint condition! Before the remodel it was very retro, with wood paneling walls throughout the basement, yellow floors, and blue carpet upstairs with popcorn ceilings! They even had a funky carpet wall!
