Located in Portland, Colorado, United States. Backyard Guest House in Quiet Neighborhood This is a stand-alone two story ADU in the backyard behind my family home. It was built in 2018 and features an open plan living/kitchen area and bathroom with roomy shower on the main level and a loft-style open bedroom on the upper floor. There are lots of big windows and natural light, even in the rainy months. The unit is only about 600 sq feet, but lives large and airy.
