This property includes two structures: 1- Main house w/ 3 bedrooms(King, Queen and Full), full bath with a shower upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs, living room, open kitchen and dining rooms, & sun room. Second structure: "The Camp", formerly a garage, has a king bed upstairs in the open area with a kitchenette, a small table, work desk, and private (toilet). Downstairs: shower, two bunks, a double bed and couch. House has AC mini split; Camp has 2 portable AC.Outdoor area consists of the large outdoor shower with a metal roof, a substantial yard for playing, and a large deck with a new Weber grill. The Beach Market is next door for sandwiches and salads, and within walking distance are the Garage restaurant and Clambake. We get our Lobsters at Bayley's down the street.
