In the garage we have bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, toys and more.Our neighborhood is one short block from the boardwalk to Balboa Blvd. Most of the homes on this street are full-time residents with just a few rentals, so it is relatively quiet compared to some other areas known for parties. Location is great since it is so close to the bay, the beach, the Newport Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, drug store, etc. It is really not necessary to drive anywhere for basic needs.
