We started offering it as a vacation rental in the summer of 2018. Park your car in the garage (a huge plus since street parking is so hard to find!) and walk to the beautiful beach, bars, restaurants, grocery store and shopping! This beach property is ideal for two couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms with King sized beds and by using an airbed in the common area, we can have a maximum of 5 guests. Although kids are welcome, please be aware that there are stairs and no baby gates installed and we haven't child-proofed this house at all.Pristine and air conditioned, this 2 bedroom/2 bath 1220 sq ft beach house has a gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker and a KitchenAid dishwasher. The kitchen island serves as the di
