You can add additional chairs from the beach service vendor or use chairs stored in our balcony closet. 18 Sugar Dunes is located on the top floor so it is quieter than the units on the bottom floors. No noisy neighbors upstairs! The newly renovated condo has cathedral ceilings that makes the condo feel more spacious.
