The home has a living room, large dining room, full kitchen, five bedrooms (Sleeps 12-13), two full baths and a laundry room. Bed linens, towels, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cable TV, wireless internet, gas grill and parking are provided. Since 2015, we have remodeled and updated the kitchen, laundry room, porch, first floor family suite, upstairs bathroom, living room and dining room. The house very comfortably sleeps 12 to 13. SPECIFIC AMENITIES: The FRONT PORCH is a very large, covered outdoor space with a wicker seating area for over 10 guests. It is a great place to sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
