We are just a short 5 minute walk to the beach in the quiet Jamestown community, across A1A to the beach. Indian Harbour Beach is a small town great for surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling or just relaxing. There many parks on the beachside as well as on the Banana River and nearby access to Merritt Island. The Jamestown community has a beautiful heated pool and laundry facility. We recently renovated the entire townhouse including modern appliances. You can enjoy listening to the waves from the outside fenced in patio after a long day at the beach. First bedroom contains a queen sized bed, second bedroom contains a daybed with a trundle as a bed with full mattresses. Plenty of room for the family.
