The living quarters is over 2200 square feet and can sleep up to 22 guests. You can walk directly out to the fully heated/cooled barn that provides just under 6000 square feet of entertaining space. A 150" projector screen allows you to entertain your guests with the big game or have a movie night with the kids. Also in the barn is a bar with a beverage fridge and bar sink. From the barn you can walk out to the 1800 square foot covered patio and look out at the 3/4 acre stocked pond. The pond has a nice beach area to enjoy while everyone is swimming. If you are not a swimmer, feel free to bring your fishing poles and cast a line. If you are looking for a good workout, hop in the two pedal boats and cruise around the pond.
