Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho.Our house accommodates 4 guests with a private bedroom that includes a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress and a queen sized air mattress that could be set up in the bedroom or the living room area. We also have a pack n play available on request. High speed internet included. There is a private driveway directly in front of the house, steps away from the front door that you have access to. Additional on street parking available. We are pet friendly but please be aware that our yard is not fully fenced. We have an additional pet fee of $10 per pet for each night of stay.
