It is over a detached garage with its own entrance on our small farm. Plenty of parking. Has Internet and smart TV, a microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge. If mobility is an issue, you should be aware the apartment is up a flight of ten carpeted stairs. We are in the southernmost part of Eastern VA a short drive to Sandbridge and the VB Boardwalk. We're also just an hour from Kitty Hawk and the Outer Banks. We have a good size above ground pool you are welcome to use.
