The floor plan works great for families or couples, and particularly well for extended/multiple families vacationing together. Two of the bedrooms open onto the deck for spectacular sunrise vistas. In 2021 we replaced the living room furniture, clothes dryer and refrigerator. We've added a desk with art and business supplies, and the attic was sealed with spray foam for additional heating/cooling comfort and energy efficiency.
