Latitudes offers more square footage and decks than most of the coach houses in Beachwalk. One deck is right off the kitchen, it is very private (built right into the sand dune) a perfect place to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink while you grill in the evening. The top deck off of the 3rd floor is very large and has some of the best views as it is one of the highest decks in Beachwalk! It has table seating for 8, outstanding views of the area with views of Lake Michigan when the leaves are down!
