The basement to my house is completely private, the best part being that it has its own separate entrance and a parking spot for one car. I take pride in making sure my guests are comfortable and that they enjoy their stay. I have a regular drip coffee maker and an espresso coffee machine (with instructions) for my guests to use . The bedroom is super quiet and the bed is nice and comfy. The rented space is just the basement which has no kitchen but you'll have a microwave to warm up small meals. However, you have access to the patio and there's a charcoal grill and a table which you are welcome to use during the warm season (just let me know well in advance so I can get it cleaned up). The rented space has it's own private entrance. The driveway is shared with my guest, make sure not to block it. The parking space in the premises fits comfortably small to midsized vehicles.
