OPTIONS TO RENT YOUR WAY:1. For parties of UP to 6 guests - enjoy the lower unit at the rate shown at checkout. Be sure to add the pool heater for only an $150.00 per week to add an extra touch of luxury to your stay.2. For larger groups (6+ to 12 guests) ONLY - enjoy the full house, both the lower and upper unit for an additional price per day. Be sure to add all applicable FULL HOUSE fees accordingly to get a clear total of your reservation.Disclaimer: No separate bookings are available. Pool heater can get be added at a $150.00 per week.
