The living room and kitchen look out on to the brand new deck and huge wall of windows that you will see many deer and other wild life. Inside the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake and about 2 minutes from the main gate making it much easier to get to the local store and restaurants. Perfect getaway for your family and friends! New HVAC system as of June 2023!! Please note : There is a one time $44 fee per car payable at the entrance to the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. The pass is good for 7days and will give you access to all PML amenities including the pool. This is a fee of the HOA not ours. This fee is paid by all vacation renters no matter what home is rented in the community.
