We have a small 10cuft. propane refrigerator and a propane stove, as well as a few propane lights. We have just cold running water at the sinks and outdoor shower. The water is not suitable for drinking; it is gravity fed to the cottage from the mountain stream. We supply 10 gallons of potable water for your stay. There is an indoor 1/2 bath but also an outhouse that we ask you to utilize to spare our primitive septic system. The Lake Cottage is a vintage Maine camp set within feet of the sandy beach of Concord Pond. It has a large grass yard, with a fire pit at water's edge and a babbling springtime stream in the back yard. There is good privacy with a small camp on one side and conservation land on the other.
