This 5th floor condo (Unit A501) has a nice HIGH and VERY CLOSE view of the beach/ocean from the east side of the complex. It is the CLOSEST Waterscape condo to the beach. There are not many of these units at Waterscape that have this type of view. There are NO obstructed views from this balcony!! All you see is miles and miles of beach and the ocean!! I have a large panoramic view of the ocean. So you can see the sunrise from the east as well as sunset views from the west as well. You can see and hear the ocean waves really well from my balcony. You're so close that you can probably throw a Frisbee to your friend at the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
