It’s completely private with its own front and back entrance, but is a guest suite and has a neighboring unit which is part of the house.There is a back deck with a grill and dinette set attached to this unit that overlooks the yard. (The yard and laundry room is shared but quiet.This space sleeps up to 6 people with a Queen size bed, a bunk bed with a full, single, and trundle, and a full futon in the living room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.The space is well cooled with window a/c units which are fairly new. WiFi and Netflix is available. There are board games available for the kids. There is an outdoor shed available for storing beach gear or bikes
