My best spot is the rooftop balcony where I love to start my mornings by enjoying the ocean view and fresh breeze. It only takes a few steps to get to the beach at the end of our street. It feels like you have your own quiet beach area to relax. You can also take a short walk on the beach to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier for food, drinks, ice cream and other entertainments. Besides the Pier you can find other restaurants, bars, Publix grocery, Dunkin Donuts in a walking distance as well. The Cruise Terminals are 3 miles away.Our 3,000sf 2-story home has a total of 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main kitchen, one guest bedroom, one full bathroom, a dining room, a living room, and a laundry room are on the first floor. All other rooms are on the 2nd floor.
