Boat and trailer parking available. Public boat launch right next door. Boat slip available. But you can load and unload at the end of the dock. Must follow HOA RULES. Bring your canoe, kayak and fishing poles. You must be able to climb stairs to the front door and up to your bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The stairs are not steep. The view is utterly amazing. We've been told this is the best view in Crystal River. This is our home and it has many more extras than most rental experiences. DOG | You are required to pay a pet deposit (that may be refundable).
