Par for the Course Inn

Located in Kodak, Nevada, United States. Par for the Course Inn 1901 Farm House with Tennessee Charm. We named the house Par for the Course Inn due to its location to the Island Pointe Golf Course. The house once was used as a pro shop before the golf course built a new pro shop further in on their property. The farmhouse sat vacant for almost 5 years and was in ruin when the current owners purchased it in August 2020. This farm house was just restored to its charm over the last 2 years. The house has original flooring and doors. It boasts all new amenities including three bathrooms, five bedrooms, laundry room, spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. The 1st floor bedroom features one king size bed, the 2nd on the 1st floor has a full size bed with a pull out bed. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms have two queen size beds each and third bedroom has two full-size beds. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and jetted tub.
