The kitchen and utility room are equipped - dishwasher, and washing machine.The spaceGuests are welcome to use the entire place. Swimming pool can be used free of charge. There is an additional fee to have the pool heated.Other things to noteThe pool in the home is not heated. Not cost effective to heat the pool during the winter. However, there’s a club house in the community with heated spa. The community pool is unheated as well. The clubhouse has its own rules as to when they turn on the hot water in the spa. If using clubhouse observe all the rules. There’s no grill at the house.
